The First Presbyterian Church contributes the local food bank by collecting designated items monthly.  When you do your grocery shopping, think about the food bank.  If you have items you would like to donate, you can drop them on a table in the church social hall.  For information on which item we are collecting this month, check your bulletin, monthly newsletter, or call the church office.

  • The Presbytery is currently restructuring to better serve the churches in its care and to better serve God as the church.  This restructuring affects us all as we are called upon to involve ourselves more intentionally in the activities of the newly organized Presbytery through our area cluster of churches.
  • Our cluster is the North East Cluster.  Other Presbyterian churches in our cluster are located in: Clay Center, Clyde, Fostoria, Fremont, Huron, Milan, Norwalk, Pemberville, Port Clinton, and Sandusky.
  • This new structuring provides churches exciting opportunities if we work together for its success.

About Us

"The same Lord is Lord of all and is generous to all who call on him . . . . But how are they to call on one in whom they have not believed?  And how are they to believe in one of whom they have never heard?  And how are they to hear without someone ot proclaim him?  And how are they to proclaim him unless they are sent?"
Romans 10:12-15
