Email us the list of what you are interested in with prices and we will respond via email with what is available and give you a total. Expect a response within 24 hours if you have included prices (48 hours if you do not). If you do not receive a response in that time frame, please email us again. Sometimes emails are lost in cyberspace.

Please note that we do not ship orders where the merchandise totals less than $8.00.

Any current plush (not retired) has FREE SHIPPING at $35.

If you wish insurance, you must request it ($1.30 charge).

Concerning credit cards: We receive credit card information by phone or by snail mail. You can send it by email if you want, but that is rather risky. You can call (304) 232-4008 to leave your credit card information with Christen or Robert.

Upon request, we will keep your credit card on file for future orders.

Shipping schedule and rates:

We ship within 2-3 business days of payment receipt on most orders. First-time customers who write a check will wait 14 business days for the check to clear before their package is shipped. We do not usually hold checks for repeat customers.

We ship USPS on packages under 3 pounds and UPS on most other packages. Shipping is generally $4.00 Priority Mail for one small (1#) plush and $5.00 - $6.95 for larger items. You can add $1.30 to your order for insurance if you wish (please request it as we don't always automatically add it on). You can request USPS service for any order, but the shipping charge may be higher than UPS on larger orders.

 

*Orders over $100, inside the continental USA ship for FREE. There are some exceptions for a few items that have to ship separately due to size or weight.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the large number of cancellations that we receive, we have to be firm about the 15% restocking fee on cancelled orders.   This is for firm orders where payment has been discussed as well as shipping guidelines.   When we do special orders or preorders, we need to know if there are any dates that are deadlines for certain items.  We can work with you on multiple shipments if necessary.
